SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with 365 Agape Apparel. Every order is handled with care and shipped with intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For pre-order items, the estimated ship date will be clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase. We will notify you via email if there are any changes to your estimated date.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Standard Ground: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after processing
  • Priority: 1–2 business days after processing

International Shipping (United Kingdom)

We currently ship internationally to the United Kingdom via DHL Express. All international orders are delivered in 3–6 business days after processing.

All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise fees or additional charges upon delivery. Your order arrives fully cleared.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays caused by carriers, weather, or high volume are outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at agape@365agapeapparel.com and we will do everything we can to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to make a correction contact us immediately at agape@365agapeapparel.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact the carrier directly first to open a claim. For domestic orders contact USPS or UPS. For UK orders contact DHL Express. Carrier contact information will be included in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

If the carrier is unable to resolve your issue, please reach out to us within 2 days of the estimated delivery date at agape@365agapeapparel.com and we will step in to help find a resolution.
