Return Policy

We want you to love your 365 Agape pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping A prepaid return label will be provided upon return approval. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. We recommend holding onto your tracking number as 365 Agape is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We do accept exchanges. If you would like a different size or item please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Exchange items must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start a return or exchange please contact us at Agape@365agapeapparel.com with your order number and reason for return and we will provide next steps and a prepaid return label.
