Shipping Policy 

Thank you for shopping at 365 Agape Apparel! We're excited for you to receive your new pieces. Because we offer both limited pre-made pieces and pre-order items, our shipping process varies slightly depending on the item you purchased. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping practices.

Processing Time:

  • Pre-made Items:Orders for in-stock, pre-made items typically have a processing time of 1-3 business days. We work hard to process these orders promptly so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
  • Pre-order Items: Pre-order items have a longer processing time, as they are made to order. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. This date is an estimate and can be subject to change. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

Ground Shipping:

  • Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days (after processing).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (after processing).
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days (after processing).

Cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume can sometimes cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at Agape@365agapeapparel.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Agape@365agapeapparel.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Agape@365agapeapparel.com within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
